Growing up in San Diego as the youngest of seven kids, Gabe got his start by making childhood action films on his mom's video camera. As he matured and grew alongside his loved ones, his experiences made him passionate about telling real stories of resilient families and parent-child dynamics.

Notably, his Oscar-contending short doc Team Meryland was acquired by The New Yorker and POV on PBS. Recently, he directed the broadcast ad campaign for a successful street safety ballot measure in Los Angeles.

As a former assistant high school film teacher, Gabe loves helping others be at their natural best and is passionate about the intersection between art & worldly impact. He’s a USC film school graduate and resides in LA.
